Kyle delivered an hour keynote, an advisor's workshop and a three hour student workshop at our annual Leadership Forum at Cragun's Resort in Brainerd, Minnesota this past November. In our post conference evaluations Kyle's presentation's comments ranged from "Kyle allowed us to share our ideas with him" to "Kyle's keynote will change my life." I have worked with speakers for over a decade in my role as a state advisor and executive director in Minnesota. Beyond the evaluations and the ending ovations, I watch for the students' reactions when the crowd is dismissed. For me, this represents the true impact of the speaker. Students surrounded Kyle when the conference was over. They wanted pictures, autographs, conversations, and questions answered.
